Workers must follow all safety and operating procedures and may work various shifts, including Saturdays. The job requires at least 2 months of verifiable experience operating and maintaining potato farming equipment, the ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Employer-paid drug testing is conducted post-hire upon reasonable suspicion or after workplace accidents.
