Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking to fill a Project Manager – Customer Services Applications opening for one of our clients!
Position: Project Manager – Customer Services Applications
Location:
· 100% Remote
· If based in Milpitas, CA or Ann Arbor, MI → 2–3 days/week onsite
Schedule:
· Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM
· Flexibility: Early mornings/late evenings for global time zones (US, India, Europe, Middle East)
Role Overview
· Manage projects supporting Customer Services Organization
· Projects include:
· Dashboarding
· New processes & procedures
· Module implementations
· Work-in-process improvements
· Platforms: SAP, Power BI, Microsoft tools
· PM tool: ClickUp (similar to Planner, DevOps, JIRA)
Key Requirements
· Experience: 3–5+ years in IT Project Management (not software development PM) will take more experience
· Industry: Semiconductor/high-tech preferred; banking/logistics acceptable
· Skills:
· Strong communication & stakeholder management
· Ability to lead by influence (no direct reports)
· Comfortable managing multiple projects (3–8) simultaneously
· Familiarity with BI tools, Microsoft environment
· Independence: Must work autonomously and adapt quickly (may take over ongoing projects)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
