- Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to manufacture precise metal parts.
- Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Change tooling, set ram positions, speeds, and backstops to meet specifications.
- Record production and scrap data accurately in the ERP systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area topromote safety and efficiency.
- Inspect first-piece run and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues promptly.
- Follow all saftey policies, industry regulations, and company procedures.
- Follow all safety policies
- Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting regularly.
- One year plus of press brake operating experience.
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Read and intrepet blueprintsa and technical drawings.
- Good eyesight and color differentiation
- Strong hand coordination
- Computer Skills ( ERP, PLEX)
- Lift up to 40lbs
