- Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and or drawings.

- Effectively communicate any issues affecting production to team lead or supervisor.
- Perform physical activities include lifting, stoopig, twisting, and bending on regular basis
- Have strong math skills, including fractions, and decimals
- Possess mechanical aptitude required for assisting in tool replacements
- Have basic computer skills
- Good eyesight, including depth perveption, peripheral vision, and differentiate between colors.
- Lift up to 40lbs.
- Proficient with hand tools.
