- 5 years of Roll Forming Maintenance
- 2-4 years in roll forming set up and machine operator experience required.
- Ability to document maintenance & det-up procedures.
- Being customer service focused with eccellent communication skills.
- Exceptioal mechnical aptitude and skills.
- Machine Progrmming experience a plus.
- Able and willing to share knowledge and train others.
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
- Long periods of time standing.
- Problem solving, attention to detail, and mathematical skills.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Associate Degree preferred
