Job Duties: The worker performs a wide range of farm labor tasks across crop production, vineyard maintenance, irrigation, equipment operation, and packing. Duties include installing and pinning back tunnel plastic, planting seeds and transplants, and weeding by hand, with tools, or through spot-spraying after proper training. Vineyard responsibilities include trimming vines, positioning shoots, removing suckers, thinning grape clusters, repairing trellis posts and wires, and clearing brush.
The worker may operate tractors, sprayers, and forklifts, requiring safe equipment handling, accurate chemical measurement, and use of personal protective equipment. Irrigation tasks include installing, removing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining drip lines, sprinklers, valves, and related components.
Additional duties include transporting produce and equipment, performing general repairs on farm machinery using shop tools, and assisting with grading, washing, packing, labeling, palletizing, and loading produce. Workers also clean and sanitize packing areas, equipment, buckets, and bins. The job requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs individually, and lifting over 75 lbs as part of a team.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
