Our Automotive Manufacturing partner in Homer, MI needs a Furnace Operator to add to their team!
2nd shift 3:00pm – 11:20pm
3rd shift 11:00pm – 7:20am
Starting wage is $20 -22/hour
Full time, temp to hire position in Homer, MI.
PPE Required: Steel Toe Boots & Safety Glasses
Essential Duties for the Furnace Operator :
• Prepare equipment and ensure production settings are accurate.
• Monitor daily operation of machinery, adjust settings as needed.
• Load and unload furnaces.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Requirements for the Furnace Operator :
• Previous manufacturing & foundry experience
• Background Requirements: Clean/No Felonies/I-CHAT required
• Diploma/GED Required: Yes
• Testing/Training Needed: Brembo Testing
• Other Necessary Information: Steel-toes & Safety Glasses
• Flexible for possible shift change
