Fraco Concrete Products is seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Manager to support daily yard operations, ensure efficient product handling, and deliver excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in organizing inventory, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe, well-run yard environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn Fraco’s full line of masonry products
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment
- Assist customers with product needs and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Follow shipping documents and instructions with precision
- Organize and maintain product storage areas as new inventory arrives
- Operate equipment such as lift trucks, small front-end loaders, masonry saws, and rebar benders
- Safely handle products weighing up to 90 pounds
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour (compensation review after 3 months)
