Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in electrical panel building or industrial automation wiring.
- System Knowledge: Direct experience with Fanuc control systems and components is highly preferred.
- Schematic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints, ladder logic, and point-to-point wiring diagrams.
- Detail Orientation: Exceptional neatness in wire bundling, ferrule crimping, and labeling. We take pride in panels that are as aesthetic as they are functional.
- Standards Familiarity: Practical understanding of UL508A and NEC codes.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert use of hand tools, crimpers, wire strippers, and multi-meters.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling small components and wires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
