Job Title: Parts and Service Lead Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The Parts and Service Lead Representative is responsible for leading the parts and service team. This is an entry level leadership position that requires experience and knowledge in the parts and service department. They will perform the job duties as a Parts and Service Representative as well as assist the Parts and Service Supervisor with additional tasks. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and lead the parts and service team.
- Provide training and development to new and existing employees.
- Communicate any areas of concern to the supervisor or manager.
- Assign and guide work to employees within their specific area as needed to reach goals.
- Familiar with products and services to relay accurate information to customers.
- Communicate with internal/external individuals to resolve issues.
- Use computer for various applications, such as database management and word processing.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve complaints.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Two (2) or more years of experience in related position preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently sit for extended periods of time
- Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
- Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
- Occasionally required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injury.
- Occasionally lift 30 pounds
