Job Duties: Farm work responsibilities include starting crops in flats and fields, preparing soil for planting, and watering and maintaining young plants. Tasks also involve installing and removing temporary trellis systems, pruning and training fruit and vegetable crops, and performing hand-hoeing and other weeding duties. Workers may apply pest-control sprays using a backpack sprayer and assist with harvesting, washing, packing, and delivering produce. Additional duties include operating turf mowers and string-trimmers and cleaning and maintaining trucks, utility vehicles, tractors, and other farm equipment.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
