Job Duties: The agricultural equipment operator is responsible for tilling, planting, weeding, irrigating, fertilizing, and harvesting corn, hay, soybeans, alfalfa, and wheat, while working outdoors for long periods in all weather and performing physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires strict adherence to food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures, as well as the ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a professional, team-focused attitude. Workers must safely operate tractors and other farm machinery, use required PPE, follow supervisor instructions, and ensure equipment is functioning properly; they may also assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and repairs, including tasks involving GPS-guided systems. General farm labor includes loading and unloading trucks, installing and removing irrigation systems, hand-weeding, field cleanup, fence repair, cleaning buildings and equipment, and handling firewood. Additional duties include driving tractors for crop production tasks, applying fertilizers and pesticides, maintaining irrigation ditches and pumps, operating forklifts, augers, and conveyors, mixing and loading chemicals or seeds, and manually or mechanically loading and unloading crops and materials.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Use of this transportation is voluntary. Workers are free to use their own transportation and are not required, as a condition of employment, to utilize any transportation offered by the Employer.
