Job Duties: Workers perform a variety of farm tasks including lifting and pulling irrigation pipe, manually spreading manure or mulch, cultivating plants, and hand harvesting crops. They provide proper post-harvest care, pack and load containers into trucks, and assist with dividing dahlia tubers in preparation for spring planting.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Use of this transportation is voluntary. Workers are free to use their own transportation and are not required, as a condition of employment, to utilize any transportation offered by the Employer.
