Job Duties: Workers perform a variety of agricultural tasks including loading and unloading crops and materials manually or with equipment, mixing and applying fertilizers and pesticides, and monitoring machinery for malfunctions. They operate and maintain tractors, combines, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery, attaching implements such as plows, sprayers, and harvesters as needed. Duties also involve feeding machines with products, operating towed equipment like seed drills and manure spreaders, weighing and recording crop containers, and driving trucks to transport crops, supplies, and workers. Workers guide products through conveyors, discard damaged produce, and manage packaging by positioning boxes or bags to collect outputs. Overall responsibilities include tilling soil, planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing grain crops such as corn, rye, sorghum, soybeans, and triticale, often using self-propelled combines and other specialized equipment.

Housing: The employer retains possession and control of the housing premises at all times. Workers provided housing under the terms of this Clearance Order shall vacate the housing promptly upon termination of employment with the employer.

Transportation: Employer offers transportation at no cost to workers occupying Employer-provided housing to the worksite and return on a daily basis using any combination of van, truck and car depending on crop conditions and locations. Such transportation will be in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Use of this transportation is voluntary. Workers are free to use their own transportation and are not required, as a condition of employment, to utilize any transportation offered by the Employer.
