1. Possess Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, behavior analysis, or education.
2. Be credentialed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
3. Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan.
4. Have three (3) years’ of Applied Behavior Analysis work experience.
5. Must meet the BACB Standards for Supervision Requirements to Supervise BCaBAs, RBTs and Exam Candidates.
6. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification.
Preferred but not Required
1. Bilingual candidates highly desired.
2. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
3. Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
