Possesses a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Public Administration, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Law Enforcement, Social Science, or related field; AND a minimum of 6 months Supervisory or Program Management experience;
OR
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in any field AND 2 years of supervisory experience.
