In this role, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, transplanting, trimming, watering, and fertilizing plants within our greenhouse facility. Daily tasks include preparing soil, maintaining nursery stock, harvesting and packing plants, and ensuring all crops meet quality standards. Workers will also assist with general greenhouse upkeep, repairs, and sanitation, while safely operating hand tools, power equipment, and machinery such as tractors and sprayers.
This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail, as duties involve lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive movements, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, care in handling plants, and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
