The Opportunity: We are seeking a full time Facilities Services Specialist to join our team. This is an entry level role that will provide direct support to the processing of mail, overnight mail and contracted courier service program. Provide assistance to vendors and guests working at or visiting headquarters. Complete small-scale projects and support all facets of Facilities & Services service operations.
What You'll Do:
Sort and process postal and interoffice mail.
Process support department mail jobs submitted in OnBase.
Process interoffice mail and materials for shipping by FedEx.
Research and resolve issues related to lost or delayed materials.
Coordinate shred bin requests.
Support the corporate supply ordering program through monitoring inventory, ordering products, setting up new users and assisting in resolving issues.
Monitor business reply mail costs and request funds.
Complete vouchers and purchase orders for postal costs and special purchases.
Monitor mail center supply inventory, place orders and complete mail center reports.
Process assigned invoices for payment.
Sign-in and assist credit union guests and vendors.
Perform supply, maintenance and support tasks as required by department management.
Comply with DFCU Financial vehicle policy and procedures.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
Ability to move up to 70 lbs. multiple times.
Computer literate.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and prioritize requests.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive lifting.
Exposure to inclement weather.
