Summary of the Role
As a Solution Consultant supporting both the SafeSend Suite and SurePrep product lines, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and product adoption. You'll partner with sales, client success, and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, provide technical expertise, and influence strategic go-to-market initiatives. About the Role
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Deliver customized product demonstrations that showcase the value of SafeSend and SurePrep solutions.
Collaborate with sales reps to advance sales cycles, secure new business, and support post-sale adoption.
Address technical questions, workflow analysis, and product fit inquiries from prospects and customers.
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and client meetings to promote product capabilities.
Consulting & Strategic Influence
Understand customer workflows and industry challenges to position Thomson Reuters products as optimal solutions.
Provide insights to product development teams based on customer feedback and competitive analysis.
Influence go-to-market strategies by sharing trends, competitor insights, and customer sentiment.
Training & Enablement
Support internal training efforts for Sales, Client Success, and Support teams.
Assist in creating client-facing content including training materials, product support documentation, and sales collateral.
Partner with Sales Enablement to develop onboarding and development plans for sales teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with other business units to share customer insights that drive broader strategic initiatives.
Contribute to marketing campaigns by highlighting product features and industry trends.
About You
You're a strong fit for this role if you bring:
2+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in public accounting or tax software industry.
Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions.
Technical aptitude with cloud-based solutions and workflow automation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Passion for helping others and driving change through technology.
