Bavarian Inn Restaurant is looking for seasonal Café & Bake Shop Team Members to join us this holiday season. Our bake shop is known for fresh baked goods, hand-crafted beverages, and warm Bavarian Inn hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where every smile and every treat makes a difference, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Prepare and serve beverages, baked goods, and other treats
- Assist guests with food and merchandise selections
- Handle purchases and operate the cash register accurately
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the shop clean and inviting
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused team members with great communication skills
- Availability to work 3–5 days per week, including evenings and weekends through the holiday season
- Comfortable in an active role that includes standing/walking for extended periods and safely moving items up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Customer service or retail experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll provide training
