Who We Want
We are currently seeking a highly motivated 1st Shift Modular Construction Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. This position is located at our Thompson Road facility in Fenton, Michigan.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms.
- Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
- Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on guidance to support growth and development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly.
- Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a construction, modular assembly, or fabrication supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of modular systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time on 1st shift (Monday–Friday).
