About the Role
In this opportunity as anInnovation Team Prompt Engineer, you will:
Develop and prototype AI-driven legal toolsby designing prompt chains and writing Python code to address real-world legal challenges.
Collaborate with customers-including lawyers, judges, and government agencies-to deeply understand their needs and translate problems into innovative solutions.
Experiment with and deploy frontier AI models, often working with early-access technologies from leading AI labs.
Balance legal workflows with technical creativityto build products that streamline and enhance legal work.
Work in a fast-paced, highly experimental environment, iterating rapidly to test new ideas and push the boundaries of legal tech.
Engage in cross-functional teamworkwith engineers, designers, and legal experts to refine and scale prototypes into impactful products.
Drive original thinking and initiative, thriving in a culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and freedom over hierarchy
About You
You're a fit for the role ofInnovation Team Lawyer-Coderif you have the following required qualifications:
AJD degreeor equivalent degree from a common law country
Demonstrated ability towrite production-level Python codeand quickly prototype technical solutions.
Deepcuriosity about artificial intelligenceand a passion for staying ahead of rapid advancements in the field.
Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills, with a knack for translating customer pain points into technical solutions.
Comfort withambiguity, experimentation, and rapid iterationin a fast-moving environment.
Proven ability towork independentlyand take initiative on new projects without waiting for detailed instructions.
Collaborative spirit with the ability towork across disciplinesand communicate with engineers, designers, and legal professionals alike.
