Responsibilities
Act as the GIS single point of contact for assigned new deployments beginning with initial GIS conference call through go-live support.
Collaborate with other technical services teams to build and configure new environments.
Train public safety agency staff on administration of the GIS system and adapt custom workflows to the agency's needs.
Provide support to the internal Customer Support team with collaborative troubleshooting.
Assist in development of all internal and external GIS documentation.
Oversee and execute testing plans for new software enhancements and GIS-related warranty items.
Support and manage internal GIS environments.
Contribute to special projects, research, and other assignments.
Qualifications
High proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise products.
SQL and SDE database management experience preferred.
Outstanding communication skills and industrious attitude.
Be available for travel to Divisional headquarters, conferences, or customer sites up to 25%
Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
High proficiency in MS Office suite
