TEFP Coordinator
Your tasks
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining test equipment and performing Squeak and Rattle testing on engineering test vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Provide root cause analysis of Squeak and Rattle issues identified as required.
Generate containment and corrective action ideas with OEM Design and Release Engineers and Suppliers.
Willing and able to take an active role in maintaining a clean and safe environment
Willing and able to work in a team environment as well as individually
Understands quality operating systems
Able to work shifts if needed
Your qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Problem solving, diagnosing, and conflict resolution abilities
Thorough knowledge of standard automotive terminology
Has enhanced verbal and written communication skills (confident in public speaking)
Exhibited sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Maintains logic and clarity in stressful situations
Strong background in data spreadsheets (Excel)
