Job Description

ADS Seamless Gutters is seeking two reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to join our team. This role supports the installation of seamless gutter systems and general construction-related tasks. The ideal candidates are punctual, motivated, and willing to learn—experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right individuals.

Wage:
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of seamless gutters and related systems
Support general construction and job site tasks
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow directions from team leads and work collaboratively with crew members
Ensure projects are completed in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

Experience in gutters, construction, or a related field is preferred
Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Must be dependable and punctual
