Role Summary:
Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Location Support Representative position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Directing incoming calls
Greeting customers
Utilizing Microsoft Office systems
Maintaining and supporting business processes
Processing payments
Establish relationships with customers and team members
Creating detailed reports
Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:
Work Experience: Two Years of Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Analytics/Computer Skills: Prior experience and familiarity of multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office Systems: Excel, Word, Teams, and Office
Organization Skills: Excellent work ethic, good verbal, time management and communication skills; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; ability to multi-task
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Territory Manager; work well with others, and ability to explain your work and/or train them on your efforts
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills

Qualifications we prefer but don't require:
Three+ years of recent Office Assistant or Receptionist experience
