Required Minimum Entrance Qualifications
1. Possess an associate’s degree in a business program from an accredited university, college, or business school; AND have at least one (1) year of human resources experience; OR
Be a high school graduate or have successfully completed the General Education Development Test (GED); AND have at least three (3) years of human resources experience.
2. Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Michigan Driver License within 30 days of employment.
3. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification.
Preferred but not Required
1. Experience coordinating employee morale and recognition activities is preferred.
2. Bilingual candidates are highly desired.
3. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
4. Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
