Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Machine Qualification, Installation, and Service

• Equipment installation and Servicing Visits (which include domestic and international travel.

• Uncrating, assembling, wiring, and setting up the macine

• Testing and commissioning of machines in the field and training of operators and maintenance personnel

• Reporting and follow-up, as set forth by OLE standards

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and routine maintenance

• Diagnosing/troubleshooting issues (both mechanically and electrically)

• Performing routine maintenance to ONLINE machines

• Electrical work

  • Field Wiring

  • Panel assembly

• Mechanical Skills

• PLC programming and software a plus

General

• Conduct business in a professional manner

• Basic computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, & email

• Accuracy

• Must demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills
