Penoza Pest Control is looking for a Certified Pest Control Technician to join our team. Candidates must be certified or we are willing to train the right person. This position involves applying pest control treatments safely and effectively while providing quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply pest control treatments according to label instructions and regulations
- Safely mix, load, and handle pesticides and related equipment
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues and treatment needs
- Maintain equipment, tools, and service vehicles
- Complete required service reports and documentation
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and state regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Certified Pest Control Technician preferred
- Willing to train the right candidate to become certified
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
