Test Technician
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan
Shift: 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to engineers and scientists across a variety of technical tasks.
- Developing and recommending testing procedures and methods to ensure reliable product performance.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation to summarize test results and support decision-making.
- Performing technical evaluations of failures and events to determine root causes.
- Recommending corrective actions based on test data, observations, and root cause analyses.
- Operating equipment and executing test protocols in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and validate design and process changes.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical, testing, or troubleshooting role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow complex procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for documenting and presenting technical information.
- Familiarity with technical equipment and tools used in testing processes.
- Experience in the medical device industry or a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting is a plus.
