KPMG is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect - CFO Organization to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives; direct and oversee major transformation programs, contributing to back-office implementations using platforms like SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud, and surrounding ecosystems
Create and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for major implementations and integrations; design and implement robust and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and leverage best practices and industry standards
Develop and maintain integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow and communication between disparate systems within the organization; architect and manage data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, ensuring data integrity and security
Utilize knowledge of generative AI, MDM, and cloud architecture to enable and advance the organization's technological capabilities; collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive solutions that align with strategic goals
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance across the organization; drive global implementation of integrated architecture including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, data lake, data cloud, and marketing automation solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects and technical teams; stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and continually seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the enterprise architecture landscapeQualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience in implementing major transformation programs, specifically with technologies such as SAP, MuleSoft, Data Lake, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in SAP, Azure, AWS, or relevant cloud technologies are a plus
Practical experience with building Architecture blueprints and roadmaps; working experience on Business Architecture, including business capability and business processes mapping; good understanding of the Opportunity to Cash processes
Proven experience in solution architecture, Integration Architecture, data architecture, and cloud computing technologies; familiarity with MuleSoft and Azure services for integration architecture
Proficient in enabling generative AI, MDM, and Cloud Architecture; excellent understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure; solid understanding of data governance and security standards; proven experience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies; excellent communication and collaboration skills; previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred
