Developing manufacturing processes by designing electrical test equipment, modifying equipment or test software for Stellantis assembly plants.
Designing electrical testing methods for testing finished products and system capabilities. Install and verify Industrial tooling from various tooling suppliers.
Diagnosing vehicle assembly, vehicle module software and tooling to root cause issues.
Work with vendors to define electrical systems and write specifications to suppliers to procure equipment and tooling for implement during new vehicle launches.
Conduct in-vehicle assembly including timelines, procurement, design and specification, and implementation.
Schedule, plan, monitor, report key performance indicators and activities.
Work with multiple departments to complete projects and/or tasks.
Manage multiple tasks and stay on track.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent OR 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing or related field
Experience developing and implementing/diagnosing electrical systems
Ability to work overtime and travel 20 % within the United States
Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills - both orally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint
Excellent to advanced level in EXCEL
Must possess the ability to be flexible in work assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in electrical systems (Rolls, ADAS, Electrical Testing Equipment)
New model vehicle launch experience
