9-80 Work Schedule (This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off).

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
Monitoring of movement of inventory between contracts to ensure proper usage and costing by contract.
Monitoring of part classifications and utilization of common inventory to ensure proper identification of parts and costing for allocation of cost to contracts.
Make corrections to part costing in Oracle and prepare journal entries, as needed, to address costing issues identified.
Maintain databases and macros used in the costing monitoring process
Provide metrics and root cause analysis to support continuous improvement
Provide support for miscellaneous requests for BOM (Bill of Material) pricing, WAC (Weighted Average Cost) updates, and other activities.
Develop and manage corrective actions requests related to receiving, costing and purchasing issues from various functions - provide written guidance, validate actions taken and perform root cause/ corrective actions
Subject matter expert on material costing participating on various cross functional teams/projects supporting business requirements.
Provide support to external, internal, management and government auditors
Provide support to accounts payable in vendor related reconciliations
Create, update and maintain process playbooks for key responsibilities.

Qualifications Sought
Bachelors degree required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
3-5 years experience in a similar role required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse group of people and drive results.
Ability to work with large datasets and reporting tools (Cognos, OBIEE, Pivot Tables, Microsoft Power BI)
Exceptional computer skills - in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (knowledge of pivots tables strongly preferred). Experience in MS Access and creating and editing complex macros highly preferred.
Oracle eBusiness experience a plus.
Additional Information:
This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is required. Works well in team and individually
Must be able to work occasional evening and/or weekend overtime as required
