Job Description
Manages product and operations associate outcomes by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves product and operations operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, customer-service, safety, security, and health standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; identifying, developing, and implementing system improvements.
Contributes to product and operations management and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
Determines Plant priorities by reviewing customer orders and requirements; analyzing equipment, materials, and associate availability; coordinating schedules with sales and warehousing; issuing processing plans and schedules.
Coordinates Plant processing priorities by reviewing processing output and new requirements.
Resolves processing scheduling problems by analyzing reports; reviewing equipment, materials, and associate availability; conferring with processing management; developing solutions.
Prepares processing planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Contributes to plant and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.

Required Skills and Education
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
5+ years working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
5+ years of leadership experience
Knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a unionized environment.
9+ years working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
