2 years' experience in HR with benefits experience (this could include internships and work during college.) This is a must to be qualified for this position.

A self-starter who can take some direction, ask for clarification when needed and run with it.
Supports a union or non-union manufacturing facility by performing professional level Human Resources responsibilities involving multiple operational areas such as employment, benefits administration, training, safety, compliance, and employee/labor relations. Receives and acts on employee complaints or grievances, administers employee records, ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, recommends and coordinates employee training activities and administers compensation, benefits and performance programs.
