Know all the functions of operators in the Cheese Processing Department
Assist during changeovers
Ability to and/or capable of completing training requirements and exhibit proficiency in cuber/dicer operation, freezer operation, lab, real time, palletizer operation, yamato and boxmaker operation
Give operators breaks throughout the day
Follow all safety practices and procedures
Job Requirements
Must be able to read/write and perform basic mathematical functions
Ability to effectively communicate with management
Demonstrate problem-solving ability and a high level of technical aptitude
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs (hourly), inclined ladder (daily) & vertical ladder (daily)
