Summary
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and facility maintenance. This role involves leading a team of warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and accurate operations to meet customer demands.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and morale.
Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and space.
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and cycle counting.
Ensure accurate inventory records and timely reconciliation.
Manage order processing and fulfillment activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
Monitor order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of warehouse operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Ensure timely and effective communication to meet customer expectations.
Educational background / Work experience
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading warehouse teams and optimizing operations.

For this position, the expected base pay is:$71,000-$107,000 / Annual.Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
