Job Overview
Provide technical support to the manufacturing process, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with process improvements. Utilize your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient production.
The Production Control Coordinator is the voice and communications leader of the plant - you will need to communicate seamlessly between: customer service, planning, and upper management. Your skills will combine an overview of the plants progress and day to day schedule needs.
Essential Functions
Develops and maintains standard work for equipment for which he/she is responsible. Audits member performance to standard work to ensure conformance.
Trains members in proper operation and maintenance of equipment, including, but not limited to, startup, operation, changeover, shutdown, and operator preventative maintenance, to ensure self-reliance of members operating equipment.
Partners with maintenance to ensure performance of all maintenance functions to assure ongoing health of equipment.
May substitute for other operators and operate equipment (not to exceed 25 percent) to maintain expertise (four-square trained).
Orders tooling and trains members to manage tooling changes to ensure good balance between part quality and tooling costs.
Maintains Haworth quality standards to ensure aesthetic and dimensional control of processed parts.
Reports all defective equipment and potential safety hazards to Engineer and/or Production Supervisor. Writes necessary work orders to Maintenance for correction of problems.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications
Education:
High School or equivalent
Education Equivalency: Certification or vocational training may be preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year related experience

Data and number crunching, OTCS, MAD.
The ability speak or report out on all of the plant misses and the reasons for those misses.
Great computer skills: Number cruncher, computer skills, pivot tables, excel
