Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated BPO SPE Data professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in Cards & Payment and Retail - Back Office. The role involves working from home during day shifts ensuring seamless operations and data management. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our back-office processes supporting the companys goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and process data related to Cards & Payment transactions with high accuracy.
Ensure all back-office operations are performed efficiently and within set timelines.
Provide support in the analysis and reporting of data to improve operational processes.
Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to data processing in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all data handling activities.
Participate in training sessions to stay current with new technologies and methodologies.
Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.
Contribute to the development of best practices for data management and back-office operations.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.

Possess strong technical skills in Cards & Payment and Retail
Back Office.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
