Job Description:
Omni Metalcraft is seeking a versatile and driven Project Manager to join our expanding team in the Integrator Division. As a material handling and conveyance integrator for some of the most prominent companies across North America, Omni Metalcraft offers the opportunity to lead projects that directly impact our clients' success in industries that shape the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Sales team to create project proposals and identify internal resources.
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Host kick-off, design reviews, and project meetings.
- Oversee product setup, testing, and assembly inspections.
- Track project progress, identify scope changes, and manage risks.
- Keep stakeholders informed of status and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Vendor & Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact between Omni and our customers, working closely to understand system needs and manage change orders. Collaborate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of critical components.
Skills:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
Knowledge:
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with material handling and conveyance systems.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
Ability to Implement:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Identify and manage project risks and scope changes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management or similar role with experience in vendor management and customer relationships preferred.
- We welcome candidates who may not have direct project management experience but demonstrate strong organizational and leadership qualities, with experience managing work or teams in a similar context.
