Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Technical Sales Representative to join our high-performance sales team. This role focuses on supporting and expanding relationships with conveyor system integrators, particularly within the automotive sector. You’ll work closely with experienced mentors and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex material handling needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial integrators and resellers.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate conveying solutions.
- Prepare quotes, manage project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop custom solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management for seamless execution.
- Learn CAD/3D basics through on-the-job training to support technical discussions.
Skills Needed
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, growth-focused attitude
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with material handling or conveyor systems (preferred)
- Awareness of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of CAD/3D design tools (training provided)

- Translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver results
- Manage multiple projects and timelines with attention to detail
