Job Description:
We are seeking to expand our talented team of assemblers and machine operators for our roller shop. These first-shift positions offer the opportunity to learn how to use machines that cut, dimple, bore, and more, as well as how to assemble various parts and equipment. On-the-job training is available, but applicants are expected to have basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, the ability to accurately use a tape measure, and a proven track record of success in hands-on work. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines that cut, dimple, bore, and perform other functions.
- Assemble various parts and equipment.
- Follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
Skills Needed:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
- Proven track record of success in hands-on work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
