Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator
Location(s): Iron Mountain, MI
Responsibilities:
Work effectively with HR team members to support all staffing needs.
Welcome new employees to the organization. Facilitate orientation and the on-boarding process. Ensures the timely completion of all employment documentation and system transactions.
Support recruiting process, including managing and distributing interview notes as needed.
Assign training to new hires in the system.
Participate in recruiting activities, such as career fairs, social media, hiring events, referral program, and networking opportunities.
Maintain standard recruiting data and related reports.
Maintain confidential personnel files and personnel actions documentation.
Perform confidential data entry tasks as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an office/administrative support position; previous experience in Human Resources supporting Full-cycle Recruiting is preferred.
Skills:
Previous experience with handling sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Possesses a high attention to detail.
Committed to providing quality work and the timely completion of duties.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.
Demonstrated ability to perform work with high ethical standards.
Proven success in delivering high levels of quality service to a team.
