The Fleet Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining fleet assets through comprehensive oversight and coordination between operations, vendors, and management teams.
The Operations Coordinator tracks financial data, participates in cross-functional meetings, and supports performance management initiatives.
The Fleet Coordinator serves as a vital link between operations, vendors, and management teams, maintaining critical fleet assets through comprehensive oversight.
This role involves daily collaboration with management to prioritize tasks and vendor management through the Corrigo system, including work order processing and parts procurement.
The position requires diligent follow-up with vendors regarding deliveries and invoice discrepancies while maintaining regular communication with site teams through weekly open work order reporting.
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive tracking of parts expenditures by location and analyzing avoidable damage through weekly and monthly reporting. This analysis supports collaborative reviews with Fleet SMEs to identify improvement opportunities.
Beyond operational duties, the role involves participation in various cross-functional meetings including GM and JLL Fleet Calls, IFM Team meetings, BPD sessions, and training initiatives.
The position requires meticulous financial tracking through Fixed Asset and Capital Expense documentation while supporting semi-annual KPI audits, annual physical inventory processes, and battery inventory management.
Additionally, the Fleet Coordinator creates equipment utilization reports, manages the asset disposition process, participates in performance management through Workday, and completes all required training to maintain operational excellence.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
58,240.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
