Auto Sheeter - Metals (3rd Shift- $20.90/hr.)
As an Auto Sheeteryou will set up, load and unload aluminum foil on the automatic and manual sheeting line.
Currently there is an opening for an Auto Sheeterin ourMetalsdivision on3rd shift (Sunday night start time: 10:30p - 6:30a; 5 days a week)
Metals Auto Sheeter:Starting at $20.90 per hour on 3rdShift!
Key Responsibilities:
Determine what materials need to be sheeted for the day.
Enter data from work orders into the main control panel.
Monitor printed foil to ensure good quality.
Complete all charts and related paperwork.
Sheet Aluminum blocks according to work order.
Prepare completed block for the pressing operation.
Unload blocks from sheeting table and stage for pressing.
Monitor equipment and maintain in good working order.
Properly dispose of scrap material.
Perform inventory checks on a quarterly basis.
Assist other production areas as required.
Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.
Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail
Mechanically inclined
Ability to work overtime.
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
