Location: Remote, USA (Eastern Time zone strongly preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,500 - $113,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
We are looking for an Associate Product Designer to join our growing User Experience team. This is an opportunity to get in early in our UX journey and make a big impact. You should love collaborating and be able to get passionate about improving the daily workflows and overall experience of Finance users working within enterprise software.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-centered wireframes, user flows, interaction design, visual design mock-ups, prototypes.
Partner with researchers to learn more about our users' needs and your design concepts.
Participate in the planning process for new features and projects.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to solve business and customer needs, and to co-create solutions to address those needs.
Through development, learn how to bring project stakeholders along in your design process, gaining buy-in on designs as you go (no grand unveiling).
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate and persuade through presentation of designs; you will be learning some of this as you go. Effectively presents product design mockups to project stakeholders to align everyone on a design direction.
Contribute to our new design system.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or other related field; or equivalent experience.
0 - 3 yrs experience.
Proficiency in an industry-standard design tool such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and logically.
Work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Education and Experience
Exposure to finance-related enterprise software or data-heavy applications.
Familiarity with design-thinking methodologies and usability testing practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to think creatively and propose multiple solutions to a problem.
Strong logical thinking and an ability to have an empathetic understanding of finance users who work with large data sets.
Presentation skills, including the ability to communicate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Adaptability in working with evolving design systems and enterprise software constraints.
Travel
Travel Requirement: This role requires limited travel.
