We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Wine Club Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong phone and computer skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with Wine Club members. This role involves both engaging with members directly to promote retention and growth, as well as handling behind-the-scenes tasks in our tasting room to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional phone communication skills, with the ability to handle member complaints professionally and turn negative situations into positive outcomes.
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Wine direct software or similar systems (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the wine or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work behind a sales bar and maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor with customers.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility in hours may be required, including evenings and weekends, depending on events and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
