Overview: Are you passionate about working with a talented team in a fast-paced environment while providing world-class support for renowned brand-name clients? If so, we encourage you to apply for our Software Support Engineer position.
Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Support Engineer, you will work closely with our architects and senior developers to gain an in-depth understanding of our product and how our customers leverage it to enhance efficiencies through automation in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. You will apply this knowledge to:
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues found at customer sites, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
Work directly with customers to understand, replicate, and resolve software issues efficiently.
Test, deploy, debug, maintain, and improve existing software solutions to enhance system reliability.
Document root cause analysis findings and resolutions to improve future issue prevention.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical concerns.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
7+ years of experience troubleshooting software and system issues in production environments.
7+ years of experience diagnosing and resolving application and hardware integration problems using sockets, database tables, Web Services, or middleware.
7+ years of experience utilizing source code control software.
1+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and writing SQL queries
7+ years of experience developing and debugging software using .Net Core, Angular, WPF, SQL, or C#.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to perform root cause analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in web UI debugging and issue resolution.
Experience with Warehouse Management Software.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
