Qualified candidate should possess the following:

Ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal.
Must be able to work weekdays, 8 am – 5 pm.
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
Ability to multi-task with an initiative and drive to learn.
Must be able to prioritize work load in an organized fashion
Willing to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty license paid by the Agency, if candidate is not currently licensed.
Provide customer service in a professional, friendly manner.
