Required:

This position requires 5 to 7 years of experience in Operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to enforce stringent regulatory standards and practices.
Must be able to clearly communicate ideas to teammates and management. Possess good customer service skills to answer questions and aid in finding solutions.
Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to be results driven.
Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools.
Must have demonstrated project management skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Basic knowledge and understanding of overall power system operation.

May need to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and/or position the body to reach items on the floor/below knee level or reach overhead. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about in industrial environments, and uneven terrain. Job Description

Essential Functions:

Promotes an understanding of the compliance functions within OT to achieve and sustain operational success.
Works with the OT SMEs to support compliance duties.
Interfaces with outside departments to understand and document OT related job requests.
Provides oversight of threat, hazard and gap identification and through risk assessments, and works with department SMEs to implement mitigations based on risk, gap, and impact assessments.
Oversees the creation and upkeep of department-specific and interrelated operational, emergency, and business continuity plans, ensuring a comprehensive all-hazards approach for both internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitates and collaborates with team members and partners to develop, implement, and validate various improvement plans and processes, including the Asset Management System, Work Management processes, incident investigations, Integrated Preparedness Planning, corrective actions, After-Action Reports/Improvement Plans, training sessions, PNCs, and exercises.
Leads and oversees investigations (Root Cause Analysis, After-Action Report/Improvement Plans, etc.) to capture and maintain status of corrective actions to improve operational resiliency.
Maintain proficiency as department administrator for BWL mass notification platform.
Maintain a strong understanding of NERC CIP, ISO 55000, and NIMS ICS standard requirements.
Supports and maintains departmental alignment with BWL standards, plans, processes, and policies, such as: BWL Strategic Plan, BWL Strategic Asset Management Plan, BWL Incident Investigation Process, and BWL Emergency Management & Business Continuity Policy.
Assists in ISO 55000 readiness and sustainability efforts.
Assist in audit preparatory duties and participates as required.
Predictable and reliable attendance.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must perform Emergency/Storm Role as assigned.
All other duties as assigned
