Required:
- This position requires 5 to 7 years of experience in Operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to enforce stringent regulatory standards and practices.
- Must be able to clearly communicate ideas to teammates and management. Possess good customer service skills to answer questions and aid in finding solutions.
- Must have excellent verbal / written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be results driven.
- Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools.
- Must have demonstrated project management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers, outside agencies and vendors.
- Ability to enter and retrieve data from computerized, typed and written sources.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of overall power system operation.
- Basic Knowledge of OT practices and operations.
- Proficiency with development and maintenance of incident/disaster response and recovery plans and procedures and related documents.

Constantly operates a computer, and other office equipment. Ability to adjust focus, especially due to concentration on a computer screen. Must communicate frequently with other departments and employees both verbally and in writing. May need to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and/or position the body to reach items on the floor/below knee level or reach overhead. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about in industrial environments, and uneven terrain. May be required to recognize small numbers, letters, symbols, colors on prints, and/or operate field instruments/equipment.
